Woughton house needed to rebrand from the previous Mercure identity, to the new Sofitel brand. Due to existing relationships with the client from other brands we represent, 123 Internet were asked to support Woughton House through their transition.
The exicting project to launch the rebranded Woughton House was completed by 123 Internet Group over a controlled period of time. Moving from the previous Mercure branding, Woughton House was repositioned as a boutique hotel venue following a full refurbishment.
The agency were responisble for ensuring that the overall digital activities presented the rebrand correctly to the public, and ensured that business continued as usual. We supported this repositioning with a multi-channel approach, ensuring their social media pages maintained the new image and identity.
The rebrand was a success with incredible feedback from new and existing customers of Woughton House commenting on the great new look and image. Social media continues to work well for Woughton House, often promoting in house activities and events.
